Realising the obvious

So I’ve been waiting to read this book for basically a year, and I was so excited. But now I’m currently stuck at the beginning of another book, for nearly two weeks, and almost drowning in homework…

I knew sixth form was going to be harder and busier than gcses, I’d be lying if I said I knew exactly what to expect. And for some odd reason, despite every other obvious thing that’s been proving the point. Me not being able to read this book has actually made me realise how different sixth form actually is.

Before I could easily get all my work done and have enough time before I went to sleep to sit and read. But now I’m getting my work done, not easily mind you, and I’m basically asleep before my head hits the pillow. It’s a huge change and I gotta be honest, I’m not enjoying it.

Until next time 💭
